BT Group has appointed Paul Spencer as Chairman of trustee of its pension scheme, The Wall Street Journal reports. He has replaced Rod Kent, who will step down after three years.
Most recently, Spencer was a trustee director at the fund since 2009. He is also serving as Chairman of British Airways Pensions, independent trustee and Chairman of investments for the BAT Pension Fund and Chairman of trustees of the investment committee for the Rolls-Royce Pension Fund.
