U.K.’s Calunius Capital has raised £40 million for a Guernsey-based fund, Financial Times reports. The London-based firm’s newly launched vehicle will invest in commercial legal battles and arbitration.
Calunius will invest in lawsuits in the U.K., Europe and Australia. The fund has already approved investment in three lawsuits and has a further nine in advanced preparation.
