Cisco Systems is planning to acquire San Francisco-based network company, Pari Networks. The networking gear maker has not disclosed the financial details of the transaction. The network configuration of Pari Network will help Cisco to manage the networks for which it already makes routers and other equipment. The deal is expected to be completed in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2011.
