Renaissance Capital (RenCap) has appointed Clifford Sacks as CEO of Africa to head 120 staff members in six offices, Reuters reports. He will also continue to serve as CEO of South Africa and head of Africa equities. In his new role, Sacks will be in charge of daily management and implementation of Renaissance’s pan-African strategy across all products and entities, adds Bloomberg. He joined RenCap last year and assisted in its acquisition of South African broker, BJM Securities.
