Two senior equity derivatives heads at Barclays Capital have resigned from their respective roles, Financial News reports. The executives, Regis Loeb, flow trading head, and Nick Nassuphis, equity exotics and structured product trading chief, left the firm in early January. The duo’s exit comes as BarCap is planning to cut 200 jobs in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. As part of cost-cutting measures, the bank is set to lay off around 600 employees in the next few days.
