Laredo Petroleum Sells $350M Notes

U.S. oil and gas company, Laredo Petroleum, has raised a total of $350 million in a sale of senior notes.

U.S. oil and gas company, Laredo Petroleum, has raised a total of $350 million in a sale of senior notes, Reuters reports. The size of the transaction was increased from an initially planned $300 million. The bonds, which carry a coupon rate of 9.5%, will mature on Feb. 15, 2019. The joint book-running managers for the sale were Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, and Wells Fargo Securities.
