Valletta Fund Management (VFM) has discontinued the services of London-based Insight Investment, Malta Independent Online reports. Insight Investment was the sub-investment manager of the Vilhena Global Themed Fund and will now be replaced by JO Hambro Investment Management. VFM has terminated the mandate after the takeover of Insight by Bank of New York Mellon and the subsequent restructuring within Insight. The change has been approved by the Vilhena Funds SICAV board and the Malta Financial Services Authority.
