Aon Hewitt has been named investment consultant by the Shropshire County Pension Fund, Professional Pensions reports. The human resource consulting and outsourcing business of Aon will be working with the county council’s pensions committee, which oversees the fund.
Aon provide a full range of investment consulting services, including giving advice on strategic asset allocation, medium-term asset allocation and manager selection. The Shropshire County Pension Fund, which is part of the Local Government Pension Scheme, is around £1 billion in size, adds News-Insurances.
