U.S. Bancorp has raised $676.38 million in a sale of notes.

U.S. Bancorp has raised $676.38 million in a sale of notes, Reuters reports. The remarketed junior subordinated notes are due to mature on Feb. 1, 2016. The financial services holding company appointed Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and itself as the joint bookrunning managers for the transaction. The notes carry a coupon rate of 3.442%.
