Texas-based Frost Investment Advisors has started the Frost Diversified Strategies Fund (FDSFX). The new vehicle will provide investors access to alternative investment management strategies previously available to hedge fund and private equity fund investors.
The vehicle will seek to combine the advantages of hedge and private equity funds within a traditional mutual fund. David Telling will serve as lead manager of the fund, while Tom Stringfellow, Brad Thompson and Jeffery Elswick will be co-managers.
