New British banking venture, NBNK Investments, is planning to appoint Paulette Rowe to its board, Reuters reports. Formerly, Rowe served as marketing executive at Tesco’s financial services arm. She stepped down from her role in2009 and has been serving as a trustee for a scheme by the Mayor of London. NBNK, set up by ex-Lloyd’s of London insurance chairman, Peter Levene, raised $78.1 million through a stock market flotation in August to help finance the takeover of British bank assets.
