Mesirow Financial has enhanced its real estate multimanager unit, Pensions & Investments reports. The financial services firm has appointed William Fowler as senior vice president, institutional real estate-multi-manager strategies. Fowler will become investor relations manager. Prior to this, he served as vice president of acquisitions and dispositions for Verde Realty, a $1.2 billion private real estate investment trust.
