Taylor Wimpey is planning to sell its U.S. homebuilding business, Taylor Morrison, Reuters reports. The British homebuilder may sell the subsidiary to the current management, private builder or private equity firms.
JPMorgan Chase is advising Taylor Wimpey on the auction. Private equity firms, such as Starwood Land Ventures and Rain Tree Investment, may assist the current management team to buy the company.
