Bank Lending Expected To Rise In 2011

Moody’s Analytics predicts that business lending will rise in 2011 after positive movement in the fourth quarter of last year, reports The Wall Street Journal.

Moody’s Analytics predicts that business lending will rise in 2011 after positive movement in the fourth quarter of last year. Commercial and industrial lending inched up 0.2% in the last quarter from the preceding three-month period, the first increase in two years. Moody’s says lending to this sector is likely to grow by 3% this year.
