Vanguard Floats Total Int’l Stock ETF

Vanguard has unveiled the Vanguard Total International Stock ETF.

Vanguard has unveiled the Vanguard Total International Stock ETF. The fund is a new share class of the Vanguard Total International Stock Index Fund, which has $51.4 billion in assets. The new vehicle will track the MSCI All Country World ex USA Investable Market Index, which covers 98% of the world’s non-U.S. markets. The ETF will have an estimated expense ratio of 0.20%, about 60% less than the average expense ratio of competing ETFs.
