GSAM Launches EM Equity Fund

Goldman Sachs Asset Management has unveiled a long-only equity fund comprising 11 emerging markets.

Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) has unveiled a long-only equity fund comprising 11 emerging markets, Financial Times reports. The Goldman Sachs N-11 Equity Portfolio will invest in the 11 countries identified as the next markets (N-11), excluding Iran.

The fund will be available in Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Sweden and the U.K., adds Global Pensions. The fund will put money in equity securities of N-11 companies and will be benchmarked against the current GDP of the 11 countries in which the portfolio invests.
