Harvard Management has appointed Rene Canezin as its managing director and senior portfolio manager.

Harvard Management has appointed Rene Canezin as its managing director and senior portfolio manager, Pensions & Investments reports. He is joining the subsidiary of Harvard University from Barclays Capital, where he was head of U.S. credit and global high-yield trading. In his new position, Canezin will be responsible for focusing on the debt markets. He will report to managing director and head of internal management, Stephen Blyth.
