JP Morgan Private Equity (JPEL) has appointed JP Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) as its co-manager, Stock Market Wire reports. The move reflects the hiring of the legal entity which employs the London-based members of the JPEL team. JPMAM would be replacing the firm’s existing co-manager, Bear Stearns Asset Management. JP Morgan has been hired on the same material terms as contained in the existing investment management agreement.
