Jamieson Corporate Finance has appointed Leith Robertson as a senior adviser to the firm, Financial News reports. The advisory boutique was founded five years ago by Ian Jamieson, a former CEO of Deloitte Corporate Finance.

Robertson was formerly at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) as CEO of its global banking and markets unit. He was one of the key figures in the bank’s structured and leveraged finance arm before the financial crisis.
