Israeli pharmaceutical company, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, will acquire Peruvian drug maker, Corporación Infarmasa, Bloomberg reports. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Infarmasa is owned by asset management firm, The Rohatyn Group and private equity firm, Altra Investments. Credit Suisse acted as the financial advisor to Altra Investments and The Rohatyn Group, adds RTT News.
