NJ Boosts Centerbridge Investment

New Jersey Division of Investment has allocated another $40 million to distressed credit securities hedge fund, Centerbridge Credit Partners.

New Jersey Division of Investment has allocated another $40 million to distressed credit securities hedge fund, Centerbridge Credit Partners, Pensions & Investments reports. The total investment of New Jersey in Centerbridge now amounts to $140 million. The division had previously invested $100 million in the fund in November 2007. The New Jersey Division of Investment has about $70 billion in assets under management.
