Credit Suisse Appoints French Executive

Credit Suisse Group has appointed Francois Essertel as head of private banking in France.

Credit Suisse Group has appointed Francois Essertel as head of private banking in France, The Wall Street Journal reports. He has succeeded Herve de Montlivault, who moves to a consulting role for wealthy French clients.

In a newly created role, de Montlivault will now serve as head of sales and advisory to private French clients. Essertel, who will manage the bank’s multi-shore approach, joined Credit Suisse in 2008. Click here for the story from The Wall Street Journal.
