Darryl Grayson has been named chief operating officer and national marketing director by Alpine Capital Research. In that role, the industry veteran will head the company’s efforts in marketing and sales to financial intermediary and institutional channels.
ACR President and CEO Nicholas Tompras said, “Grayson’s 25 years of experience in marketing, wholesaling and key account management will add significant value to the firm’s investment expertise and results.”
Grayson joins ACR from Wilmington Trust, where he served as director of internal distribution in asset management. Prior to that, he was a senior v.p. and national sales manager at Gabelli Asset Management.
