Lazard CFO To Step Down

Michael Castellano, CFO of Lazard, will leave the firm in a year.

Michael Castellano, CFO of Lazard, will leave the firm in a year, The Wall Street Journal reports. Before joining Lazard, Castellano held numerous roles with Merrill Lynch and Deloitte & Touche.

He will be replaced by Matthieu Bucaille. Currently, Bucaille is the deputy CEO of Lazard Freres Banque in Paris. He will move to New York from Paris to assume his new role effective April 1, 2011.
