Renaissance Capital announced that Zoltan Szalai has joined as Managing Director and Head of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG), Investment Banking. Szalai will lead equity and debt capital markets as well as mergers and acquisitions advisory for companies in the financial sector across Russia, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Africa.
