Hedge fund firm, AQR Capital Management, is launching a new mutual fund, The Wall Street Journal reports. The AQR Managed Futures Strategy Fund will be a managed futures portfolio, looking to take advantage of trends in commodities, bonds and other markets.

AQR’s seventh mutual fund will be available to both retail and institutional investors and will use AQR’s quantitative models to identify trends in prices of futures contracts. Once those trends are identified, it will take long and short positions in futures tied to commodities, currencies, bonds and stocks.
