Castor Asset Management has appointed Harold Kent as its president and CEO, Canada Newswire reports. In the new role, Kent will look into the expansion of the business with focus on product development, portfolio management capabilities, and international distribution.
Kent has previously served as a CFO, COO and portfolio manager at Donville Kent Asset Management. Castor is a new Toronto-based investment firm, which was granted registration by the Ontario Securities Commission at the start of February 2010.
