CBOE Elects New Board Members

The Chicago Board Options Exchange has elected several new members to its board of directors.

The Chicago Board Options Exchange has elected several new members to its board of directors. Anthony McCormick, v.p. equities and options at Charles Schwab & Co., will serve as an off-floor industry director for one year. Exchange members also elected Paul Jiganti, associate director at Susquehanna Investment Group, as a floor industry director for two years. Six other board members were re-elected. CBOE’s board consists of 22 members, including 11 public non-industry directors and 11 industry members.
