Philip Hindley, senior manager in regulatory financial services at Ernst & Young in London, is to leave the firm after two years. Hindley will join European Arab Bank in London around August as head of compliance. He said he is looking forward to returning to his compliance roots. Hindley previously held compliance positions at Cater Allen International and HSBC.
European Arab Bank is a unit of Arab Bank PLC, which is based in Jordan, and has recently received Financial Services Authority registration. Officials at Arab Bank in London did not return calls by press time.
