German investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Securities has been sued by female U.S. employees who claim the bank allowed inappropriate and offensive behavior in its U.S. unit. Filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the employees charge that women were hired merely as “eye candy,” and that there were only four women out of 258 managing directors in the bank’s Capital Markets Division.
