São Paulo-based Minerva is South America’s leading beef producer. Founded in 1992, the company exports cattle to more than 100 countries on five continents. In addition, it produces and exports pork and poultry. Minerva operates 15 slaughterhouses and boning plants, allowing it to slaughter nearly 16,000 head of cattle per day.
