Fibra Uno
Fibra Uno is a real estate investment trust based in the Santa Fe district of Mexico City. Launched in 2011, the firm was the first REIT to be established in Mexico. Fibra Uno’s strategy focuses on acquiring, developing and managing income-producing industrial, retail and office properties throughout Mexico. To date, the company has constructed and operated some 170 projects in various sectors of the Mexican real estate industry.
