Turkish private venture, MMEKA, has secured a credit facility worth $760 million, Reuters reports. The company has received the loan to finance the takeover of 80% of a gas grid for $1.211 billion from the state.MIMEKA has obtained the loan from Isbank, Garanti, Vakifbank, UniCredit and Ziraat Bank. Isbank and Garanti will lend $200 million each, UniCredit and Vakifbank will give $130 million each and $100 million will come from Ziraat Bank.
