Ho Ching, executive director and CEO of Singapore’s state investor Temasek is expected to quit in August, Financial Times reports. Since May 2002, Ching worked as an executive director at the firm, while she was handed additional responsibilities of CEO in January 2004.
In 2009, the state investment fund appointed former BHP Billiton CEO Charles Goodyear as designated replacement of Ho, but he a few months later. Separately, the investment firm is set to consolidate its holdings and disposals, including its stake in Indonesia’s Bank Danamon.
