The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation Deriv/SERV has won a commodity derivatives trade repository tender from the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA). ISDA has also selected EFETnet to partner with the ISDA Commodities Steering Committee for the development of the trade repository.
ISDA started the search on March 25, 2011. The new repository will record all commodity over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives’ trade types, meet all current and future regulations governing repositories as well as provide a structure to report and offer timely access to information to applicable regulators.
