LaSalle Investment Management has launched a European fund, PropertyEU reports. The E-Regi special fund has already raised about €170 million of equity from institutional investors and pension funds. The fund has a target a size of €230 million and will invest in commercial real estate assets. It will seek a 20% to 40% exposure to major German cities and an additional 20% to 40% to big cities in France.
