Global X Funds is planning to launch a new Venture 30 Canada exchange-traded fund (ETF), The Globe and Mail reports. The Global X S&P/TSX Venture 30 Canada ETF will be launched on the TSX Venture Exchange on March 17, 2011.
The Global X portfolio will track the new S&P/TSX Venture 30 Index. The fund will charge a management fee of 0.75% per year. Global X Funds, which was launched in 2009, now has about $1.5 billion in assets.
