HSBC Holdings’ global banking and markets business has hired Monica Duwe as managing director and head of global banking. She will be in charge of providing advice and the full range of global banking and markets products to Chilean companies and institutions or those interested in expanding to Chile.
Duwe will work from Santiago, Chile, reporting to Gerardo Mato, CEO, global banking for the Americas, and locally to Gustavo Costa, HSBC CEO for Chile. Before joining HSBC, Duwe was with BNP Paribas, most recently as Chile country manager.
