Road haulage group, Eddie Stobart, will offer shares worth about £115 million, Financial Times reports. The company will sell about 77.3 million new shares priced at 155 pence per share. The proceeds are expected to be used by the company to develop its Stobart estates property portfolio, including the Southend airport in Essex. Stobart is also looking to develop the Carlisle Lake District airport.
