Gaia Real Estate Investments in partnership with Phoenix Insurance and Menora Mivtachim Insurance, has purchased 2 Journal Square, New Jersey, GlobeSt reports. Gaia and its Israeli partners paid $78 million to Hartz Mountain Industries for the office building.

Vision Property Management, a fully owned unit of Gaia, will manage the property, which has been fully leased to Broadridge. The building was marketed by Cushman & Wakefield.
