Utah-based provider of building industry, risk management and software solutions AxisPointe has named Stan Luhr as CEO. Luhr will be leveraging the AxisPointe platform to enable builders limit their operational and legal risks.

Luhr was previously CEO of Quality Built, a Florida-based national construction quality assurance and inspection management company. His patent quality assurance system has helped cut down construction claims on more than 430,000 homes.
