Michael Bargholz, CEO of AllianceBernstein Australia, has quit the firm, Financial Standard reports. Joy Adams, the firm’s head of Asia-Pacific operations, will succeed him on a temporary basis. Bargholz is also stepping down from his position as deputy chairman of the Financial Services Council. He joined the firm in October 2000, prior to which he was chief economist for AXA in Australia.
