Inland Real Estate Pays $80.6M For Malls

Inland Real Estate Acquisitions has purchased retail properties in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina for a total of $80.6 million.

Inland Real Estate Acquisitions has purchased retail properties in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina for a total of $80.6 million. The purchasing unit of Inland Real Estate Group of Companies acquired the Perimeter Woods Shopping Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, for $54 million.

The deal also consisted of three Walgreens-anchored shopping centers located in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina for $26.6 million. The properties have been taken over on behalf of Inland Diversified Real Estate Trust.
