The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation has given a $10 million credit facility to finance the building of Green House homes. The foundation has given the 10-year low-interest loan along with NCB Capital Impact.

The foundation is focused exclusively on health and health care. It set up its three-year impact capital fund to leverage funding and non-financial resources from other foundations, government and non-traditional funding partners.
