The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has expanded its fixed income and debt capital markets business in Japan, The Asset reports. Filip Beuls is joining as global head of yen delta trading, Tetsuya Kobayashi as head of capital markets department I and Yoshihito Yoshimura as head of capital markets department II, covering domestic JPY bond issuance.
The trio will be based in RBS Securities Japan Limited Tokyo branch. Most recently, Beuls was working at Deutsche Bank as an interest rate derivatives trader, while Kobayashi was working with HSBC Securities (Japan) as head of debt capital markets and Yoshimura as head of capital markets at Tokai Tokyo Securities.
