ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has launched a new close-ended capital protection portfolio, India Infoline reports. The ICICI Prudential Capital Protection Oriented Fund - Series I - 24 Months Plan will invest in good quality debt securities, money market instruments and also in equity and equity related securities.
The scheme will track the performance of the Crisil MIP Blended Index. Chaitanya Pande will be the manager of the debt portion of the scheme, while the equity portion will be managed by Mrinal Singh.
