The Century Foundation has appointed Janice Nittoli as president. She will join the foundation on Aug. 20, 2011, succeeding Richard Leone, who is retiring.

Nittoli is currently associate vice president and managing director of the Rockefeller Foundation. Previously, she has also worked with the Annie E Casey Foundation.
