The UBS analyst upgraded Tokyo’s NTT DoCoMo from neutral to buy back in April 2009, at ¥135,100; he subsequently named the mobile phone services provider his top pick, partly on its data-package fee schedule, which encourages users to spend more to extend data capabilities.
