Illinois Teachers Retirement System has appointed Richard Ingram as executive director and secretary of the board, Pensions & Investments reports. Prior to this, Ingram served as executive director of the $5 billion New Hampshire Retirement System, Concord. Ingram has succeeded Stanley Rupnik, the fund’s CIO. Rupnik has also served as executive director on temporary basis after Jon Bauman stepped down from his role in July 2009.
