Societe Generale has expanded its foreign-exchange strategy team with the hiring of two lead strategists, Bloomberg reports. The European financial services firm has appointed Michael Sneyd and Sebastien Galy as strategists in its London office.
Sneyd has joined the Paris-based firm from Barclays, while Galy is joining from BNP Paribas. Additionally, the firm has also appointed Cliff Tan as managing director and head of emerging-market currency research in Hong Kong.
